At HUESFAB, we want you to love what you wear. But if something’s not quite right, we’ve made returns and exchanges simple, quick, and stress-free.

🔁 Exchange Policy

You can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery if your item is:
• Unused and unwashed
• In original condition
• With all tags and packaging intact

Exchange Charges:
• ₹80 exchange fee (covers pickup for up to 2 items)
• ₹40 extra per additional item

To compensate, a ₹100 coupon will be credited to your HUESFAB Wallet once the exchange is successfully completed.
This coupon is valid for 3 months on your next purchase.

Incorrect or Damaged Item?
No worries—if you’ve received the wrong item or a damaged product, just raise a request within 7 days. We’ll send a free replacement with no charges.

⚠ Note: Only one exchange per order is allowed. Please choose your replacement item carefully, as further exchanges or returns are not permitted for the same order.

💸 Return & Refund Policy

If you’d prefer to return an item, you can do so within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is:
• Unused and unwashed
• In original condition
• With original tags and packaging

Return Pickup Charges:
• ₹120 for up to 2 items
• ₹40 per item beyond 2 pieces

Refund Method:
Refunds are processed in the form of HUESFAB Wallet Coupons, which can be used for your next purchase. These coupons are valid for 3 months.
Once the returned item is delivered to our warehouse and verified, the refund coupon will be processed within 24 to 48 hours.

⚠ Important Notes:
• COD shipping charges are non-refundable
• Returns are not accepted for clearance sale items

Partial COD Payment

For orders placed under the Partial COD option, a advance payment of ₹100 is required at the time of placing the order. Please note that this advance amount is non-refundable in case the order is not accepted or refused at the time of delivery.

📌 The complete replacement and exchange item delivered can take up to 20–25 days or more, depending on your location and courier service timelines.

🚚 No Pickup in Your Area?

You can return the item to us directly. Send it to:

• Please pack the item securely and share your tracking details with us.
• Once we receive and verify the item, we’ll issue a refund to your HUESFAB Wallet plus ₹100 as courier reimbursement.

🛍 Combo Orders

Returning part of a combo order? Your refund will be calculated based on the original price of the returned item, not the combo discount.

Example:
If you bought 2 shirts for ₹1399 (after 15% off) and return one worth ₹799, your refund will be ₹600.

Items purchased under Flash Sales are final and not eligible for return or exchange.
