Notification Period:

Customers must inform Hues Fab within 7 days of receiving their order if they wish to initiate a return or request a replacement.

Criteria for Return/Replacement

• The product must be unused and in its original condition.
• All labels and tags must be intact and attached to the product.

Return/Replacement Process:

• To initiate a return or replacement, the customer must send the item back to our warehouse address.

• Customers are required to mention their order ID on the return shipment.
• Upon receipt of the returned item, our inspection team will quickly assess the product to ensure it meets the above criteria.
• If the product passes inspection, our team will contact the customer to proceed with the replacement process.
• For replacements, customers can specify their desired size and print to the inspection team.
• Once the replacement details are confirmed, the replacement item will be shipped within the next 24 hours.

Return/Replacement Process:

• In case of a return, the customer will be asked to provide their registered UPI number for refund purposes.
• Please note that a refund will be issued for the product value only.
• A cash collection charge of Rs. 59 will be deducted from the refund amount.

Exclusions:

• Items purchased during clearance sales may not be eligible for return or replacement unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
• Customized or personalized items may not be eligible for return or replacement unless there is a manufacturing defect.
