- Notification Period
Customers must inform HuesFab within 7 days of delivery by filling out a Google form https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSeSywc6sJTaiR-Bg2QnBaJXwQ8Gteq2DVNzdWXKCPgW93-vCw/viewform?usp=sf_link. - Criteria for Return/Replacement
The product must be unused and in its original condition. All labels and tags must remain intact and attached to the product. - Return/Replacement Process
3.1 Initiating the Process: To initiate a return or replacement, customers must fill out the provided Google form within 7 days of receiving their order.
3.2 Exchange Requests: For exchanges, customers should specify the desired size in the form. If requesting a different design, please include the product link or a screenshot of the preferred design in the Google form.
3.2.1 In the case where a customer selects a design of higher or lower value than the original item, any balance must be settled accordingly. Our team will reach out to the customer via WhatsApp to arrange payment or refund for the difference.
3.2.2 HuesFab will arrange a pickup once the form is filled. The pickup will be completed within 24-48 hours, and it will take an additional 4-6 days for the item to be delivered back to us. After inspection, the replacement parcel will be shipped.
3.2.4 HuesFab will arrange a one-time pickup for the returned item. A fee of Rs. 100 for reverse pickup will be charges.
3.2.3 As compensation for this charge, HuesFab will provide store credits worth Rs. 200 in the form of a coupon, which can be used on future purchases. This coupon can be claimed only after 15 days of exchange/return. The coupon will be automatically visible on the checkout page via using your contact number. - Refund
Once the form is filled, the pickup will be completed within the next 24-48 hours. It will then take an additional 4-6 days for the item to be delivered back to us.
4.1 After the item passes inspection, the refund will be transferred instantly to the UPI account provided in the form.
4.2 HuesFab will arrange a one-time pickup for the returned item. A fee of Rs. 100 for reverse pickup will be deducted from the refund.
4.3 As compensation for this charge, HuesFab will provide store credits worth Rs. 200 in the form of a coupon, which can be used on future purchases. This coupon can be claimed only after 15 days of exchange/return. The coupon will be automatically visible on the checkout page via using your contact number.
For COD orders, please note that cash collection charges will not be refunded.
